We are Jed and Vanessa and we are lucky enough to live in this beautiful part of the world with our 2 children and dog!

We would love to welcome you to our holiday cottages and help make your stay with us enjoyable and memorable.

Finding Us

Directions: Steyning Holiday Cottages are based at Northfield Cottage, Kings Barn Lane, Steyning BN44 3YR.
Using the postcode in a Satnav will drop you half way along King's Barn Lane. We are right at the end of the lane, round a sharp left hand bend, and are opposite No 75, just before Kings Barn Farm.You should see the white hanging sign for Northfield Cottage on your right, and can turn down the driveway there, where we will be looking out for your arrival.

Main Roads: East/West A27, A272 North A24, A23/M23 Link to Steyning A283.
Distances (miles): Brighton 12, Worthing 8, Lewes 17, Chichester 24, London 51, Gatwick 32, Horsham 15, Shoreham-By-Sea 5.

Bus: From Brighton via Shoreham, from Horsham, Burgess Hill and Worthing via cross-country services.

For international visitors: London Gatwick Airport is in West Sussex.

Train: If you are planning to visit us by train, it pays to book in advance.

Return travel from London with Southern Railway can cost as little as £10.

You can bring your bike on the train, but do be aware that at peak times i.e. between 07:00 and 10:00 and 16:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday,

Southern Railway won’t allow non-folding cycles to be carried on their main routes.

For all other trains, regular cycles may be carried, although bike space is limited and cannot be reserved.
